SAT & Company JSC is one of the main participants of the legal entities association in the form of the Association Boxing Federation of Almaty (FBA) - a public organization engaged in supporting boxing sections and clubs in Almaty.

In 2009, the UFA “FBA” was headed by Kenes Rakishev - Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAT & Company JSC. With the arrival of the Company to the Federation and the appointment of K. Rakishev to the post of Chairman, many pin their hopes on acceleration in the development of Almaty boxing. In recent years, the forge of champions of the country, which Almaty was in the past, has begun to give up its position in this field. There was a clear outflow of talented boxers to the young capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, where the most favorable conditions have been created for training and stimulating athletes. This is a super-modern infrastructure, equipped with the latest sports training halls, active involvement of the coaching staff and budding fighters. All this, of course, attracts young athletes to capital clubs. Boxing ratings of other regions of Kazakhstan - Shymkent, East Kazakhstan region, Karaganda, Aktobe, and others noticeably rise.

As President of the Republican Boxing Federation Timur Kulibayev noted in his interview to Boxing Digest Kazakhstan magazine: “Engaging businessmen in sports is a good undertaking. I am sure that with the arrival of Kenes Rakishev, Almaty boxing will only win. I also want to note that in the main team of the country there is not a single representative of the southern capital, and Almaty is the largest city of the republic. Therefore, I set the task, for the next Olympiad to prepare boxers for a decent presentation of the Almaty school. ”

At this time, the FBA takes an active part in organizing various urban boxing tournaments, preparing athletes for field competitions, both in the country and abroad. Issues of stimulating competitors are solved, the FBA provides for awarding winners not only with medals and memorable prizes, but also with cash rewards.

As can be seen from the calendar plan of the Federation, participation in tournaments and championships is held regularly throughout the entire calendar year. The work is large-scale and ongoing, so the FBA has a management structure, all the necessary staff for organizing such an important troublesome business.

The FBA has developed a clear plan for the implementation of the training system for qualified boxers, strengthening the material and technical base. In the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau, a training base is planned to be built, in accordance with the type of the Olympic reserves base, where they will prepare for the upcoming Olympiads and other tournaments, both representatives of the national team and boxers of the Almaty school.

Modern domestic sport needs the assistance of big business, especially martial arts, where the peculiarity of each fighter requires an individual approach and constant support of physical and psychological form.

On the eve of the 2012 Olympic Games, Kazakhstan places special hopes on the medals won in the boxing ring, and if successful, the Company's contribution to the overall victory will be undeniable.
